Ask before your procedure
- Confirm whether SPOSC is in your health plan's network.
- Ask whether the surgeon, anesthesia professional and other providers are in network.
- Request an estimate of expected facility charges and patient responsibility.
- Keep copies of estimates, notices and insurance communications.
