SIS Exchange allows invited patients to view estimates and statements, but it does not process SPOSC payments.

- Confirm the bill is from Southern Pines Orthopaedic Surgery Center.
- Have the account number or statement information available.
- Contact the organization listed on the bill if the charge is from a surgeon, anesthesia group or another provider.
- Ask about financial assistance or payment arrangements before the account becomes past due.
